Revised Terms of Service (Effective April 7, 2025)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by PharmUp Logistics (“PharmUp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, including submitting a delivery request through our website or partner pharmacies, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

PharmUp Logistics is a delivery service provider for partner pharmacies. We do not dispense, verify, or alter medications. All prescription responsibilities rest solely with the originating pharmacy.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, users must:

Provide accurate and complete delivery information
Be authorized to receive the medication
Comply with all laws and healthcare regulations

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

Submit misleading or fraudulent information
Disrupt or interfere with our systems
Misuse the service for illegal activity

4. Payment Terms

PharmUp invoices pharmacy partners directly under agreed pricing terms.

5. Delivery & Verification

Each delivery requires:

A valid recipient signature
Presentation of government-issued ID
Proof of Delivery is stored for pharmacy reference

6. Return Items & Cash Handling

If a patient returns items or payments:

These are recorded at drop-off and return
Cash is secured and accounted for
Records are logged in the sign-off form

7. Personnel

Deliveries are made in-house only. All PharmUp drivers are trained in:

Personal data confidentiality
Professional delivery conduct
Safety & logistics protocols

8. Limitation of Liability

PharmUp is not liable for:

Delays from traffic, weather, or pharmacy readiness
Dispensing errors made by pharmacies
Missed deliveries due to patient absence

9. Data Security & Privacy

PharmUp has implemented:

Encryption of sensitive data
Secure user dashboards to protect access
Auto-purging of personal data after 90 days

10. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue services at any time
Terminate access for violations of these Terms

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
